Tiflis’in prestijli noktalarından Al. Kazbegi Caddesi üzerinde, Central Park’a komşu bir konumda yükselen Orbi Central Park Towers, 5 yıldızlı bir entegre turizm ve yaşam kompleksi olarak tasarlandı. Proje, dünyaca ünlü Radisson Blu markası tarafından yönetilecek. İki adet 42 katlı kule ve bu kuleleri birbirine bağlayan 7 katlı bir podyumdan oluşan proje, görkemli çok işlevli kompleks. Operated by the world-renowned Radisson Blu brand, the development promises world-class hospitality at the heart of Tbilisi.
Designed by an award-winning Dutch architectural firm, this landmark project features two 42-storey towers connected by a striking 7-storey podium, creating a grand multifunctional complex. Blending sophisticated infrastructure with exceptional amenities, the development offers an urban oasis in one of Tbilisi’s most vibrant and sought-after districts. Geberit ile iş ortaklığı kararı nasıl alındı?
Geberit’in inovasyon ve sürdürülebilirlik odaklı yaklaşımı, profesyonel hedeflerimiz ve projeye bakış açımızla mükemmel bir uyum sağladı. Özellikle sıhhi tesisat ve inşaat sektöründeki güçlü itibarı, Geberit’i tercih etmemizde önemli rol oynadı.
Proje başlangıcı, planlama süreci ve sonrasında Geberit’in desteği konusunda düşünceleriniz nelerdir?
Geberit ile iş birliğimiz, projenin en başında başladı. İlk aşamada ihtiyaçlarımız ve hedeflerimiz detaylı bir şekilde analiz edildi. Projenin kapsamı ve müşteri beklentileri net bir biçimde belirlendi. Tüm paydaşların koordineli çalışmasını sağlamak amacıyla kapsamlı bir strateji oluşturuldu. Her aşamada Geberit’in teknik destek ekibi yanımızda oldu; yalnızca ürün seçimi değil, montaj teknolojileri ve ekipmanlar konusunda da kapsamlı danışmanlık aldık. Uygulama sürecinde de kalite standartlarının korunmasına özel önem verildi; düzenli saha kontrolleri, sorunların çözümü ve eğitim destekleri ile sürecin sağlıklı ilerlemesi sağlandı.
Hangi Geberit ürünleri projede tercih edilmiştir?
Projede ağırlıklı olarak drenaj sistemi, temin sistemi ve sıhhi tesisat ürünleri tercih edildi. Kullanılan ürünler arasında şunlar yer alıyor:
- SuperTube sistemi (Sovent, HDPE ve Silent-db20)
- Silent-PP boru sistemleri
- Pluvia yağmur suyu drenaj sistemleri
- Mepla temin sistemi

Başlangıçta kaliteli ürün, sağlıklı iletişim ve malzeme temininde süreklilik gibi konulara özel önem verdik. Bugün geldiğimiz noktada, beklentilerimizin tamamen karşılandığını rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim. Bu olumlu deneyimin, proje tamamlandıktan sonra da devam edeceğine inanıyorum.
Geberit ürünlerinin projenize kattığı değerler neler oldu?
Geberit’in ön üretimli montaj sistemleri, kurulum sürecini hızlandırarak işçilik süresini azalttı ve hata payını minimize etti. The collaboration with Geberit began at the very start of the project, with a thorough analysis of our needs and objectives. We initiated detailed discussions to clearly define the project scope and the specific requirements of the client. We paid special attention to developing a comprehensive project strategy and ensuring alignment of actions among all stakeholders.
